What is DOWNHILL?
For the love of going fast! One trail, usually one race run, one opportunity for glory! Practice one trails until you know every inch of the trail. Then get the opportunity to put that speed against the clock. Drop in and see if you can be the fastest of the weekend.
Downhill Series
For the Lake Superior Gravity Series, we have 4 established downhill races and 1 new one in the works. 4 of those races can count towards your overall score. If you do all 5, you get an extra 5 points! Must be present at the finale to be considered for the overall prizes and podium!
New for 2025 is a new event. Downhill Midwest will be putting on a downhill race weekend as the final race for the downhill series. (If this event falls through best 3 of 4 races will count towards the series)

Overall – Working towards cash payouts for 1st, 2nd and 3rd!

U16 – 1st place gets a 2026 Loam Pass!
For the Overall category all age groups will be considered. An overall points list will be published throughout the year, along with the age categories. If a person ends up in the top 3 of the overall, they will be taken out of their position in their age category at the end of the year.
Must complete 3 races to be considered for the overall.
